Happy retirement to a man who never said no to challenges. Once chasing an improbable target on a tricky 4th day pitch, he even agreed to open with me vs TN. Always gave it his all on the field as a batsman, bowler & gun fielder. As we say in UP #Raina ka bhaukaal hi alag hai. pic.twitter.com/thRRboDNzr

Achieved greatness through his skills but earned all this love through his humility and persona. A chapter has ended but still feel there’s a lot more left in the story .. #ThankYouMSDhoni

In this game, we have seen great captains that lead from the front & win on the big stage, seen tough Test batsmen, seen excellent keepers, seen great finishers, but one man doing all of this? Unlikely to see that again. There won’t be another Dhoni.#DhoniRetires
